Charles Harry Lutz
A Pennsylvanian by birth, in 1967 Charles Lutz earned a B.A. in Political Science at the Pennsylvania State University, and in 2009 was named a Liberal Arts Centennial Fellow. He also did graduate work in Criminal Justice at the Florida International University. Although this is his first book, he has had articles published in the Weider History Group’s Vietnam magazine and his local newspaper.
Lutz ended full-time employment fifteen years ago, after almost 40 years of federal government service, and retired with his wife, Joy, to the Golden Corner of western South Carolina where for twelve years he did part-time consulting work, both domestically and internationally, private investigations, and State Department-contracted background investigations. They have two married daughters, and five grandchildren.
Now he mostly writes and plays at golf.
